• Recording of a 1979 interview of Frances Edmunds by Charles Phillips, Architecture Editor of Architectural Digest.
• Documentation compiled by Juliette W. and H. Phillip Staats (and later their daughter and granddaughter) about the history of 59 Church Street, repairs to the house, and decorative arts related to its furnishings. Spans 1944-2004.
• Property files for Auldbrass Plantation, Chicora Wood Plantation, the Elizabeth Hibben Leland House, and several downtown buildings
• Architectural drawings of Mulberry Plantation buildings, the William Enston Home, and several downtown buildings
